Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase required
- Items must be free from damage, dirt, or alterations
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Insoles (due to hygiene considerations)
- Any items that show signs of wear or use
- Products without original packaging

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 24 hours, our team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.
